REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
Open to everyone — organization staff, members and the general public are all welcome to refer a new client to EVC.
- $25 for each eligible new client acquisition.
- One commission per unique client — not per lesson, package, renewal or future purchase.
- The client must be new to EVC and not already booked, previously acquired or recorded as an active prospect.
- The referral must be submitted before the client books independently.
- If multiple partners submit the same client, the first valid, verified referral receives attribution.
- The commission becomes payable only after the client pays for and completes their first class, and EVC has reviewed and approved the referral.
- Cancelled, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred or never-completed requests are not payable.
- Participation and payment eligibility remain subject to EVC approval.
