Information we collect

When you book a lesson, contact us, or submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide — such as name, email, phone number, and message content.

Referral partner submissions

Our Hotel and HOA/Condominium pages allow authorized property representatives — concierges, front-desk staff and property managers — to submit a lesson request on behalf of a guest or resident, as part of our referral program. Where this applies:

• The submitting employee confirms that the guest or resident authorized them to share that person's contact information with EVC for lesson coordination.
• We use the submitted information only to coordinate the requested lesson and to track referral attribution and commission eligibility for the referring partner.
• We collect only what's needed for those purposes: name, email, phone, lesson interest, and (for hotel guests) whether round-trip pickup transportation is requested. We do not collect banking information, tax identifiers, or payment credentials through these forms.
• Referral partner staff and property information (name, position, email, phone, and property name) is retained to administer the partnership and referral program, including verifying and paying eligible commissions.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to schedule and deliver lessons, respond to inquiries, process payments for lessons booked directly with us, administer the referral program described above, and send related confirmations and updates.

How we protect information

Information submitted through our forms is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database with encryption at rest. Access to referral and partner records is limited to authorized EVC personnel.
